With over 20 years of experience in organizational development, coaching and facilitation, I bring a mix of strategic clarity, analytical insight, and structured thinking to my work. At the same time, my natural strengths — collaboration, compassion, and developing others — give me the energy to support people and teams in reaching their full potential.
